Zhejiang LISINER Industrial Development Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Yaoning Technology Group, is a new energy enterprise focusing on energy storage technology innovation and smart energy operation. The company operates three manufacturing bases equipped with multiple GWh-level automated production lines. It focuses on three core offerings: smart energy solutions, one-stop power station construction, and digital intelligent energy operation services. Adopting a fully self-developed integrated hardware and software technical route, LISINER has made in-depth layouts in energy storage, virtual power plants, power market trading and other sectors. As of May 2026, LISINER has delivered over 6 GWh of projects, with dynamically operating new energy assets exceeding 3.5 GWh. Its products have been successfully deployed in many countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and other continents, covering diversified scenarios including the grid side, user side and smart microgrids.

LISINER has built three large-scale interconnected manufacturing bases in Jiangxi and Jiangsu: Shangrao Green Low-Carbon Industrial Park in Jiangxi, Yingtan Automated Industrial Park in Jiangxi, and Yancheng Multi-scenario Integrated Park in Jiangsu. Covering a total land area of more than 1.6 million square meters, the bases feature GWh-level automated production lines with a planned annual capacity of over 36 GWh and an annual delivery capacity of 18 GWh for energy storage products.

LISINER independently developed the Yuanteli® series energy storage products, now upgraded to Version 3.0. The portfolio covers diversified scenarios including the grid side, user side and microgrids, and can be customized to meet demands of various scenarios. Core product categories include containerized energy storage systems and integrated distributed energy storage cabinets. The products have obtained multiple authoritative international certifications such as CE, UL 9540A and IEC 62619, complying with market access standards and technical requirements in numerous countries across Asia, Europe, Africa and other regions.

Solutions

Distributed Computing-power Coordination Solution

LISINER’s distributed computing-power coordination solution connects the core chain linking green energy and digital computing power. Adopting 800V high-voltage full DC technology, it lifts end-to-end efficiency above 97.5% and supports millisecond-level power dispatching. It raises the comprehensive utilization rate of distributed PV-storage energy assets from less than 50% to over 95%, driving asset evolution from electricity price management toward computing power value-oriented operation. The first implemented project, the Poyang Zero-Carbon Intelligent Microgrid Project in Jiangxi, has achieved strategic upgrading toward value conversion between computing power and electricity. LISINER has signed a cooperation agreement with Alibaba Cloud to jointly explore coordination pathways between computing power and clean energy.

Independent Energy Storage Power Station Solution

Targeting regions with scarce regulating resources, load centers, key grid nodes and other scenarios, LISINER provides independent energy storage power station solutions. The system delivers high-safety, high-frequency and high-efficiency operation, and supports responses to multiple markets including peak regulation, frequency regulation, spot power trading and ancillary services. Supported by virtual power plant and intelligent dispatching platforms, independent energy storage power stations realize aggregated control and dynamic linkage, providing flexible support for the main grid and boosting renewable energy absorption and system stability.

Intelligent Microgrid Solution

Focusing on industrial parks, islanded areas, new infrastructure and other load scenarios, LISINER’s intelligent microgrid solution builds a self-governing energy system integrating power generation, energy storage, loads and dispatching. Supporting grid-connected and off-grid switching, the system features multi-energy flow coordinated control and integrated energy-carbon management capabilities. It enables multi-dimensional forecasting, autonomous regulation, load priority management and carbon asset linkage, covering the full lifecycle chain of Generation – Storage – Consumption – Dispatching – Trading.

User-side Power Station Solution

Covering typical user-side application scenarios and supporting multi-energy integrated deployment, LISINER’s user-side power station solution achieves peak-valley arbitrage, load management and green energy consumption for customers via intelligent operation & maintenance and strategy control. Equipped with an AI strategy regulation system, it builds a safe, low-carbon and efficient energy utilization system, helping customers attain the dual goals of expenditure reduction and revenue growth.
