Covering a land area of around 160,000 square meters with a total investment of 230 million yuan, the Poyang Low-Carbon Intelligent Microgrid Project covers the full industrial chain including photovoltaic power generation, intelligent energy storage and flexible power distribution. As an important local green pilot project, Phase I deploys a 2.8MWp rooftop photovoltaic array and is equipped with a 5.4MWh modular energy storage system, forming a compact energy ecosystem featuring coordinated operation of source-grid-load-storage. At the current stage, the project saves approximately 900–1,500 tons of standard coal annually and cuts carbon dioxide emissions by roughly 2,400–3,400 tons per year, equivalent to planting 130,000 trees. This marks an innovation in the energy management model for industrial parks and delivers vital support for the green and intelligent transformation of manufacturing bases.
