LISINER Reaches Strategic Cooperation with China Gas Group

On October 20, 2024, the leadership exchange forum and strategic cooperation signing ceremony of China Gas Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as China Gas Group), China Xidu Group Holdings Limited, Zhejiang Yoening Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yoening Technology Group) and its subsidiary Zhejiang LISINER Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as LISINER) were grandly held in Shenzhen.

This strategic cooperation carries great significance. China Gas Group ranks among China’s largest cross-regional integrated energy supply and service enterprises, while China Xidu Group stays at the forefront of new power system services and the R&D of digital power products.

Guided by the corporate mission “Technology for a Greener Earth”, Yoening Technology Group specially invited its subsidiary LISINER, with digital & intelligent energy as its core enabling strength, to serve as one of the cooperation parties, giving full play to its strengths and actively participating in the ecological partnership.

At the forum, all parties held in-depth exchanges on future energy development trends. They defined the strategic vision as: “Building sustainable green cities relying on virtual power plant platforms with digitalization and intelligence as key technologies”.

The parties will jointly advance businesses including distributed clean energy, smart energy storage systems and integrated energy digital platforms. Constructive proposals were put forward to jointly build virtual power plants and energy-carbon dual-control platforms, and explore cooperation with local governments to establish distributed energy management centers.

Following the forum, representatives from all parties signed a framework strategic cooperation agreement under the joint witness of participating leaders. The parties plan to build an integrated source-grid-load-storage energy system, realize coupled energy applications, and carry out more win-win cooperation to construct a green energy internet.

Against the general trend of smart, green and low-carbon development, China Gas Group, China Xidu Group, Yoening Technology Group and LISINER will carry out all-round and multi-level strategic cooperation based on their respective industrial resource advantages. The parties will actively expand cooperation areas, innovate cooperation models and deepen cooperation content to forge a sound and long-term strategic partnership. They aim to achieve high reliability, high safety and high intelligence for large-scale application of clean energy, and jointly build a sustainable smart energy ecosystem.
