As sustainable development gains global consensus, outstanding enterprises have embraced green innovation as a new driving force for endogenous growth. The green transition of leading companies not only demonstrates brand value, but also unlocks brand-new strategic opportunities.
LISINER has entered into in-depth cooperation with a leading enterprise in the kitchen appliance industry to deliver a green power upgrade for its digital manufacturing base.
The two parties plan to construct a C&I energy storage project with a total capacity of 1.7 MW/3.944 MWh. Phase I of the project, a 1.2 MW/2.78 MWh energy storage station, has been connected to the grid at the client’s digital manufacturing base. Built on the existing 4 MWp PV system, the station enables the owner to achieve a qualitative shift from simple green power supply to intelligent energy dispatching and greater energy autonomy.

The client enterprise has ranked among Asia’s Top 500 Brands for ten consecutive years, ranking 137th in 2024 and first within the kitchen appliance sector. As a benchmark enterprise attaching great importance to ESG, it released the industry’s first Sustainability Report in 2024 and pledged to achieve the Dual Carbon Goals before 2050.
As an industry leader, the client sets stringent standards for product reliability, technological advancement and long-term operational capabilities when selecting energy partners. In addition, the intelligent manufacturing base hosting the energy storage station faces multiple challenges including high power consumption costs for production lines, strict power quality requirements and heavy pressure to meet dual carbon targets, raising higher demands for the energy system.
Tailored Solutions for Smart Manufacturing
Addressing the client’s pain points, LISINER delivers a customized C&I smart energy storage system solution. A total of 12 sets of LISINER low-voltage distributed energy storage cabinets have been deployed in Phase I of the station. The system not only realizes solar-storage coordination, but also brings multi-dimensional value enhancement to the client through lean product design.
>>High Integration, Smaller Footprint: The floor area of a single cabinet is reduced by 26% compared with traditional solutions, enabling efficient deployment without sacrificing production capacity and logistics space.
>>Multi-layer Protection to Secure Asset Safety: The intelligent thermal management system and three-tier fire protection architecture ensure stable and safe system operation under all working conditions, delivering solid safeguards for core assets.
>>High-efficiency Conversion to Boost System Returns: With an annual energy conversion efficiency of no less than 89%, it minimizes losses during the charging and discharging of PV green power and directly lifts project ROI.

Measurable Returns and Long-Term Value
The commissioning of the energy storage station transforms the client’s energy system from a mere cost center into a value center delivering both economic and environmental benefits, and opens up an entirely new dimension of energy operation.
Adopting a daily two-charge and two-discharge strategy, the project is expected to discharge approximately 1.6 million kWh in the first year, generating revenue of nearly RMB 1.3 million. Furthermore, the millisecond-level power response capability of the energy storage system lays a technical foundation for future participation in grid-interactive businesses such as demand response and ancillary services.

In terms of environmental benefits, the coordinated operation of the solar-storage system significantly reduces the enterprise’s reliance on purchased power. It delivers solid support for the Dual Carbon commitment and translates green visions into quantifiable emission reduction achievements.
By deeply integrating new energy storage into the intelligent manufacturing of home appliances, LISINER is actively putting the “Energy Storage +” concept into practice.
We strive to explore more possibilities for C&I energy storage applications. Leveraging the demonstration effect of our Fortune 500 client network, we support the green transition of manufacturing industries and help more enterprises turn green commitments into concrete actions.
