Recently, a 4.8 MW/10 MWh C& I energy storage project developed by LISINER for a leading smart security company was connected to the grid and commissioned in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. The project is located at the client’s intelligent manufacturing base, one of the first facilities in Zhejiang to be recognized as a “Factory of the Future.”
Equipped with thousands of mobile robots of various types and hundreds of high-precision industrial cameras, the production base is extremely sensitive to power quality and continuity. Featuring high-frequency line switching capacity, the production lines support efficient delivery of thousands of product categories and tens of thousands of smart IoT models. Flexible manufacturing brings frequent process switching and significant load fluctuations, which requires an energy system capable of adjustable power output and uninterrupted power supply.

LISINER’s C5016 medium- and high-voltage containerized energy storage system features flexible expansion and rapid fault isolation capability. Equipped with intelligent BMS and AI-enabled monitoring system, it delivers all-round safety protection from battery cells to the complete unit, achieving leading performance in both efficiency and safety.
Calculations indicate the power station can discharge nearly 6 million kWh and generate revenue exceeding 4.5 million yuan in the first year. During peak summer seasons, power load surges and power supply-demand tensions emerge. While supporting reliable power supply, the energy storage station helps cut power expenses by nearly 450,000 yuan per month in summer. Combining economic returns with lower-carbon operations, the project supports the client’s ESG objectives.

Advancing Green, Intelligent Manufacturing
Across Hangzhou, five major industrial ecosystems — intelligent IoT, biomedicine, high-end equipment, new materials and green energy — are accelerating interconnection, unveiling a pattern of advanced productive capacity within a modern industrial system. Manufacturing is upgrading, energy is undergoing transition, and industries are achieving leap-forward growth.
For the urban power system, the orderly engagement of energy storage during peak power demand helps ease supply-demand tensions and optimize regional energy mix, setting an exemplary precedent for the stable operation and development of intelligent industrial ecosystems.
Looking ahead, LISINER will further deepen industrial cooperation and technological innovation. Driving watt flow with bit flow, we will partner with more stakeholders to witness the in-depth integration of intelligent manufacturing and clean energy.
