“Direct Green Power Connection” refers to the direct supply of electricity from renewable energy sources such as wind power and PV to power-consuming enterprises via dedicated transmission lines, featuring clear power origins and traceable carbon footprints.
Against the backdrop of implementation of China’s carbon-peaking and carbon-neutrality goals and continuous evolution of energy market mechanisms, Direct Green Power Connection serves as an innovative direct supply model linking the generation and consumption sides of clean power. It enables controllable power supply and physical tracing of carbon footprints. Meanwhile, through on-site consumption and generation-grid coordination, it provides fundamental support for enterprises to cope with international carbon tariffs and strengthen green supply chain management.

Driven by policy initiatives and industrial demands, centered on a high-energy-consuming industrial park, LISINER takes the lead in developing Hubei’s first comprehensive energy project featuring Direct Green Power Connection for the non-ferrous metal industry. With a total investment exceeding 450 million yuan, core module construction has been completed, and Phase I delivery is expected in the second half of the year.
By integrating regional wind power, centralized PV and on-site PV resources within the park, the project establishes a new model for clean energy operation and builds a controllable, clean and efficient composite energy supply system.
Integrated Energy Solutions for Energy-Intensive Industrial Parks

Dual Energy Structure of Thermal Power & Green Power
The park mainly adopts high-temperature smelting and electrolysis processes. Characterized by drastic load fluctuations and high energy intensity, it represents a typical energy-intensive industry. Tailored to its load profiles, LISINER constructs a new 110 kV dedicated power line equipped with a dual power supply system. Green power is coordinated with power supplied by the traditional grid to realize multi-energy provision combining thermal power and green power, comprehensively boosting energy supply flexibility and the share of clean energy.
PV-Storage Flexible Direct Connection to Build a Smart Microgrid
The park deploys 20 MW distributed PV systems supported by a 60 MWh energy storage system. Leveraging LISINER’s mature PV-storage flexible direct connection solution, the system enables dynamic regulation, revenue generation and higher green power consumption. It also effectively guarantees continuous and stable power supply within the park during extreme weather or load fluctuation periods.
Subsequent project phases will further incorporate innovative integrated energy scenarios including PV-storage-charging stations and heavy-duty truck battery swapping. These solutions deliver efficient power supplementation for high-frequency, intensive on-site logistics. Full green power coverage will be achieved from production and manufacturing to internal logistics, further expanding the utilization boundary of green power.
Digital Operations to Unlock Greater Value
Big data and AI technologies are adopted to connect energy flows and information flows across the park. This provides support for multi-energy coordinated dispatching and refined control, increasing green power utilization and enhancing the resilience of the energy system.
The park features comprehensive energy dispatching capabilities to participate in the power market. It not only ensures priority green power supply for core loads, but also unlocks considerable energy revenue potential for the enterprise while securing stable energy provision. Integrated with carbon asset management mechanisms in later stages, the digital platform will help asset owners convert green power consumption results into tradable carbon value.
Wind-Solar-Storage Synergy | Setting a Benchmark for Direct Green Power Connection
Wind farms and centralized PV power stations will be continuously constructed surrounding the park to form a multi-energy coordinated green power system, delivering a high share of stable, controllable green power for energy-intensive industries. It is estimated that the project can generate more than 200 million kWh of green power annually, achieving approximately 130,000 tons of CO₂ equivalent emission reduction, equal to planting 2.1 million trees.
Meanwhile, the construction of Shanxi’s first green power direct connection park project for the magnesium industry, with an expected investment of 3 billion yuan by LISINER, is steadily advancing. LISINER’s self-funded, constructed and operated Direct Green Power Connection model has been continuously practiced in large energy-intensive industrial parks, offering a reliable path for regional economies to achieve green transformation from resource advantages to industrial advantages.
